You can make appointments by telephone or you can call in to make arrangements. Please give as much time as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. Although we do not charge for missed appointments, people who have a history of missing may be barred from dental services from us.
If you require to be seen urgently please telephone as soon as possible for advice. We normally are able to offer an appointment in the next 24hrs.
We are unfortunately unable to see patients if you have an active cold sore (Herpes Simplex virus) due to risk of spreading infection to staff. Cold sores typically take 10 days to clear and are contagious until they are fully healed. Please call in and rebook your appointment if you suspect you have an active cold sore.
